ABC Westport Welcomes Roni Goldberg as Inaugural Executive Director

The Board of Directors of ABC Westport is thrilled to announce that Roni Goldberg has

joined the organization as our first-ever Executive Director, effective June 2025.

Roni brings a wealth of experience across the nonprofit and corporate sectors, with a

strong focus on advancing equity and driving social impact. In this new role, she will

partner with our Board to lead all facets of the organization—including fundraising,

operations, and strategic engagement with our board, staff, volunteers, and the broader

Westport community.

Roni has held leadership roles in corporate philanthropy and social responsibility at

Viking Global Foundation, Tudor Foundation, and Tauck, where she partnered with

nonprofit organizations on grantmaking, programming, and capacity building. Her career

also includes nonprofit management at Books for Kids Foundation and youth mentoring

through iMentor and Builders Beyond Borders.

She holds an MS in Social Work from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from

Emory University. A local resident of more than 20 years, Roni is deeply invested in the

community, where she has raised her two children and served as an active volunteer.

We are excited for Roni to bring her vision, passion, and leadership to ABC Westport as

we enter this exciting new chapter.
